My name is Mike I’m from Phoenix Arizona, In 2007 I was in a motorcycle accident, I was thrown 64 feet. I broke my T11-T12 and had herniated discs. I had a hematoma in my brain64 stitches on my left knee, 3rd degree burn on my left arm, ripped out 4 of my fingers. Special Thanks to Dr. Haggard he got me back in shape!
